CELTIC WINTER GATHERING 10TH ANNUAL HIGHLAND DANCE COMPETITION

Doors to Main Street Landing will open at 7am.

Registration for all Highland Dancers will begin at 11:00am. The competition will start at noon with the Beginner and Novice Scottish Lilt and Intermediate and Premier Hornpipe. Choregraphy max of 1:30. Please email your choreography music to us before the weekend.

Primary: Pas de Basque, Pas de Basque & Hi Cuts, Fling (4), Sword (2&1)
Beginner: Lilt (4), Flora (4), Fling (4), Sword (2&1), Seann Triubhas (3&1)
Novice: Flora (4), Fling (4), Sword (2&1), Seann Triubhas (3&1), 1/2 Tulloch
Intermediate: Hornpipe (4), Fling (4), Sword (2&1), Seann Triubhas (3&1), Strathspey & 1/2 Tulloch
Premier: Hornpipe (4), Fling (4), Sword (2&1), Seann Triubhas (3&1), Strathspey & 1/2 Tulloch

Competition will be conducted in accordance with the rules of S.O.B.H.D. Age groups determind by entries received. The decision of the judge is final. Dance numbers will be provided at registration.

Admission for non-competitors is $5/person.

Concessions will be provided including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, scones, muffins, bagels, sandwiches and soups.
